1966 50c

Description: Australia’s first decimal 50c coin was struck in 1966. The mintage was 36.5 million and yet they are still relatively hard to come by in Uncirculated condition as offered here. No 50c pieces were struck in either 1967 or 1968. The first Australian 12-sided dodecagonal 50c was struck in 1969.
