1992 Proof Set

Description: The 1992 Proof Set was produced by the Royal Australian Mint and comprises of six coins struck to Proof quality. The set pays homage to the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games with the inclusion of a specially designed commemorative One Dollar coin. The 1992 Proof Set is also significant in that it is the first Proof Set to be issued after Australia’s decision to cease production of the 1c and 2c coins.
